Booking
Fill out the trip request form on our homepage or message us directly on WhatsApp with your route and dates. A planner calls back with a fare and vehicle recommendation, usually within a few hours.
For local rides and airport transfers, a few hours' notice is usually enough. For outstation trips and multi-day packages — especially in peak season, October to March — booking 3 to 5 days ahead gives you a better choice of vehicle and hotel.
Yes — you're charged for the distance you actually travel, not a return fare you don't need.
Pricing
Fuel, driver allowance and standard tolls are included in every quote. State-entry tax and parking, where applicable, are payable directly and shown separately before you confirm.
No. The fare you're quoted on WhatsApp is the fare on the invoice. Anything outside that — a detour you request, an extra stop — is agreed before it's added.
Vehicle availability gets tighter around major holidays and peak season, which can affect fares on short notice. Booking a few days ahead usually avoids this.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and there's no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours, or a no-show, may attract a partial charge to cover the driver's allocated time.
Yes, subject to vehicle and hotel availability — message your planner on WhatsApp and they'll confirm if the new dates work.
Safety & Vehicles
Yes — every driver in our network is background-checked and briefed on the route before pickup.
Hatchbacks and sedans for city trips, SUVs and Innova Crysta for families and longer routes, and Tempo Travellers for groups.
Yes — mention your preference when you book and we'll confirm availability before the trip.
Payment
UPI, bank transfer and cash are all accepted. Corporate accounts can be billed monthly — ask your planner to set this up.
A booking is usually confirmed with a small advance for outstation trips and packages; local rides and airport transfers can typically be settled at the end of the trip.

We cover 40+ cities across India, with strong coverage in North India, Rajasthan, Himachal and Uttarakhand. Message us your route and we'll confirm coverage.
Not currently — MTS focuses on cab rentals, hotel bookings and tour packages within India.
